iDLogic is moving premises this week, so we will be taking a break from dispatching orders during this time as we get up and running again. As always, whilst we take a break, we have issued a discount code to use on orders made during this time and we will start dispatching again as of 9th April from our new office address. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation and Returns of your order may be made by telephone only, up to 14 days after delivery and only if the goods are in the original packaging and in an unused condition. Accepted cancellations and returns will receive a full refund less any postage charged.

Next Working Day Delivery

If your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday you can choose next working day delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday.

Orders placed at a weekend or after 12pm on a Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.

Deliveries Regarding Royal Mail

If the order is delayed or lost in the post a refund or a replacement order will be offered after the completion of the Royal Mail investigation. A Royal Mail investigation can not be started before 15 days after the date of posting.

Our standard delivery option is 2nd class Royal Mail signed for, however the post office will not treat this any more urgent than standard 1st class post and it typically takes 3-4 days, but could take up to ten working days to arrive.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry must be met by the customer. We will do our best to redirect any parcel that has not been yet been dispatched or is still in transit.
