We offer very competitive delivery options for the UK and most of Europe through Royal Mail.
For orders delivered to the UK
Standard Delivery (3 to 4 business days) from £3.99
Priority Delivery (1 to 3 business days) from £4.99
Next Day Signed Special Delivery (order by 12 noon) from £8.65
For orders delivered to Ireland and Europe
Standard Delivery (typically 6 to 7 business days) from £9.99
Standard Delivery (UK and Europe)
We endeavour to dispatch standard orders within 48 hours on a normal working day. Delivery time is typically 2-3 working days from date of order dispatch to the UK, or 6-7 working days to Europe.
Priority Delivery (UK Only)
We endeavour to dispatch priority orders within 24 hours of order reciept on a normal working day, orders placed on Friday may be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery time is typically 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
Next Day Signed Special Delivery (UK Only)
Orders must be placed on our website by 12 noon for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note that all orders will be signed for upon delivery, standard and priority delivery speeds are not guaranteed so please bear that in mind when placing your order if timing is an issue.
For orders to Europe Any import duties and/or taxes must be paid for by the buyer. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date on international orders as the time your parcel will take to clear the customs office in your country will vary. Please contact your local customs office for information on applicable fees and clearing times.
International Orders Please contact us directly via support@idlogic.co.uk detailing your order needs and we can repsond with a bespoke shipping cost to your address.
Returns (UK only) and Order Cancellations For returns and product refund information please contact us via support@idlogic.co.uk within 14 days of your order receipt. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to refund postage costs.
If you wish to cancel your order please email support@idlogic.co.uk detailing the order reference number as soon as possible after your order confirmation. If your order has already been processed and dispatched before you receive a response from us, then we have been unable to cancel your order and you will need to follow the returns process.
